Alliance Française Halifax provides training specially adapted
to the requirements of second language evaluation by the Public Service Commission.
We offer several options to :
-help you maintain your current level in French
-improve your proficiency
-prepare you for official examinations
Our regular adult group classes are perfect to start any training at an entry or beginner level.
Our standard method and general curriculum allow for a solid program to develop all skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing and interacting).
Level A1
Level A2
5-Week Intensive B-C French.
Based on activities that follow the same pattern as the three official tests: written comprehension (reading),
written expression (writing-grammar) and oral proficiency (listening and speaking).
Practice and develop strategies. Mock tests.
These group courses are offered to intermediate to advanced students or students who wish to prepare for government level BBB or CBC.

These group courses are offered to intermediate to advanced students or students who have completed level A2.4 and wish to prepare for government level BBB.

New students must take the Ev@lang placement test to determine their level before registering.
